Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma preferred
  • 2 years relevant work experience preferred
  • proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
  • strong guest service and sales competency
  • ability to address guest concerns professionally
  • experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
  • proficiency with technology such as POS and Apple devices
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to collaborate and work independently
  • physical capability for frequent bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and continual mobility during shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
  • proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
  • demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service
  • competency in sales
  • experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
  • proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and retail shrink
  • ensure every guest receives exceptional service including personalized product recommendations and engagement
  • courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
  • pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
  • book appointments and support execution of in-store events to enhance guest experience and drive sales
  • maintain and organize cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures
  • participate in ongoing training to improve professional development and sales performance
