Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 years relevant work experience preferred
- proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- strong guest service and sales competency
- ability to address guest concerns professionally
- experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- proficiency with technology such as POS and Apple devices
- excellent communication skills
- ability to collaborate and work independently
- physical capability for frequent bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and continual mobility during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

- experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and retail shrink
- ensure every guest receives exceptional service including personalized product recommendations and engagement
- courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support execution of in-store events to enhance guest experience and drive sales
- maintain and organize cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures
- participate in ongoing training to improve professional development and sales performance
