Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
  • Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
  • Proficient with Point of Sale system and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to use good judgment, be flexible and adaptable
  • Work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and loyalty goals including credit
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging customers
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and product demos
  • Book appointments and support service execution and in-store events
  • Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures
  • Support leadership with cashier chat in/outs and associate exit inspections
  • Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering
  • Promote and drive use of guest loyalty programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards
  • Complete register opening and closing tasks
  • Maintain store cleanliness and asset protection
  • Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
