Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Knowledge and passion for guest service
- Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- Proven record in sales performance and training
- Proficiency with POS and basic technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of working independently and in teams
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Continuous mobility and physical flexibility during shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and loyalty goals including credit
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing recommendations
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and product demos to drive sales
- Book appointments and support in-store event execution
- Maintain replenishment and organization of cashwrap displays and supplies
- Support cash wrap operations including opening and closing registers
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- Drive cashier accountability and adherence to company standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold loss prevention policies
- Collaborate with store team to grow the business and support ongoing training
