Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on-the-job training is provided
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Availability for 24-32 hours per week
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred
- Ability to learn Point of Sale (POS) systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to supervise and train others
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Job Duties
- Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately
- Accept accountability for cash transactions
- Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly
- Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting
- Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs
- Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift, including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their duties
- Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment
