Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • No experience required and on-the-job training is provided
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Availability for 24-32 hours per week
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • One year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred
  • Ability to learn Point of Sale (POS) systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to supervise and train others
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately
  • Accept accountability for cash transactions
  • Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly
  • Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting
  • Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs
  • Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift, including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their duties
  • Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment
