Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cash handling experience preferred
- availability to work part-time morning shifts Monday through Thursday
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to cover shifts when required
- ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- experience with catering and food preparation preferred

- ability to train and mentor cashier staff
- knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge every guest
- maintain solid product knowledge
- provide outstanding guest service
- oversee and authorize guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, and check authorization
- assure the completion of all point-of-sale transactions and proper control of cash and media
- help train cashiers and cross-train other associates
- assist in preparing daily deposits, change, and media
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss-prevention efforts
- oversee the productivity, breaks, and scheduling of cashiers
- communicate performance issues to management
- maintain front-end supplies
- assist with guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment
- cover cashier shifts when call-offs occur
- perform other duties as assigned
