Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and work experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in using Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical requirements including frequent bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and continuous mobility throughout the store
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and competency in selling
- Experience addressing guests concerns promptly and professionally
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service to their needs
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness
- Support leadership with open and close register functions, associate exit inspections, and cashier chat ins/outs
- Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with store team to grow business
