Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on-the-job-training is provided
Job Qualifications
- One year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred
- Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and supervise team members
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately
- Accept accountability for cash transactions
- Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly
- Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting
- Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs
- Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their duties
- Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment
