Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain strong guest service and selling competency
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Continuous mobility and frequent bending, twisting, and reaching during shift

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending products and services
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
- Book appointments and support execution of in-store services and events
- Maintain replenishment, organization, and cleanliness of cashwrap displays and supplies
- Support leadership by completing cashier chat ins and chat outs and associate exit inspections as needed
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- Lead peers to achieve peak productivity and performance
- Drive cashier accountability in delivering personalized brand experiences and adherence to systems prompts
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Complete register open and close functions
- Maintain store cleanliness and standards including throughout the sales floor, restrooms, backroom, and break area
- Protect company assets by adhering to loss prevention standards
- Participate in ongoing training for professional development and sales performance
- Collaborate with store management and associates to grow business
- Execute other operational tasks as directed
