Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum of two years relevant work experience preferred
- Proven multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for exceptional guest service and sales
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Experience exceeding sales targets
- Ability to proficiently use Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Capacity for continuous mobility during shifts
- Adherence to company dress code and policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and loyalty goals
- Provide exceptional guest service including greeting and personalized product recommendations
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Book appointments and support in-store event execution
- Maintain cashwrap displays and supplies for guest readiness
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- Support leadership team with register open and close functions and associate exit inspections
