Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shifts
- Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- Frequent lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
- Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Strong knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
- Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with point of sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment, and be adaptable
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, guest loyalty, and shrink goals
- Ensure exceptional guest service with personalized engagement and product recommendations
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Support makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to enhance guest experience
- Book appointments and support execution of in-store events
- Maintain organization and replenishment of cashwrap displays and supplies
- Support leadership with register open/close tasks, cashier chat ins/outs, and associate exit inspections
