Job Requirements

Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be at least 18 years of age
high school diploma preferred
two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service
proficiency with basic technology including Point of Sale systems
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
physical ability to frequently bend, pull, push, crouch, stoop, twist, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service with competency in selling
experience addressing guest concerns professionally
proven track record of exceeding sales goals
experience training new hires
proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
capability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
ability to react under pressure using good judgment and adaptability

Job Duties

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store’s retail and service sales goals including omni-channel and guest loyalty including credit
ensure exceptional guest service through greeting, engagement, personalizing service, and product recommendations
courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience
book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales
maintain organization and replenishment of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
maintain regular and prompt attendance
contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates, peers, and guests
support leadership by completing cashier chat ins/outs and associate exit inspections
stay informed about industry trends, products, and services
promote guest loyalty programs and create excitement for loyalty goals
assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
engage and influence peers to achieve peak productivity
drive cashier accountability in delivering personalized brand experiences
participate in ongoing training for professional development and sales performance
collaborate with store managers and associates to grow the business
ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
adhere to dress code
complete register open and close functions
maintain store cleanliness and standards
protect company assets through adherence to loss prevention and safety standards
perform other operational tasks as directed
