Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to continuously move throughout the store during a shift
- Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects
- Commitment to uphold company policies and procedures
- Adherence to Ulta Beauty dress code
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink goals
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products and services
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Support makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store service events
- Maintain and organize cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
- Support leadership with cashier chat ins, chat outs, and associate exit inspections
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge
- Promote guest loyalty programs and credit services
- Train new cashiers and cross-train associates
- Lead and influence peers to achieve productivity and performance goals
- Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and store standards
- Ensure proper cash and media control and complete register functions
- Maintain store cleanliness and protect company assets
- Participate in ongoing training and collaborate across teams
