Job Requirements
- Completion of drug test excluding marijuana
- Participation in health testing requirements such as tuberculosis test and physical evaluation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of resident care standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of Care Managers during shifts
- Ensure quality care is consistently delivered in alignment with Individualized Service Plans
- Oversee accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Demonstrate leadership by modeling company mission and values
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive care environment
- Support residents and families by addressing care needs and concerns
