Job Requirements

  • Completion of drug test excluding marijuana

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in senior care or healthcare management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of resident care standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of Care Managers during shifts
  • Ensure quality care is consistently delivered in alignment with Individualized Service Plans
  • Oversee accurate and timely documentation of resident care
  • Demonstrate leadership by modeling company mission and values
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a positive care environment
  • Support residents and families by addressing care needs and concerns
