Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of cleaning experience
- ability to lead a team
- willingness to work overnight hours from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- strong organizational skills
- reliable and punctual
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication and team management skills
- ability to work overnight shifts effectively
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
Job Duties
- Provide direction and motivation to the team of cleaners
- oversee cleaning tasks to ensure quality and efficiency
- manage team schedules and attendance
- conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with safety standards
- coordinate with management for supply and resource needs
- train new staff and support their development
- address and resolve any team or client concerns promptly
