Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time day shifts from 5am to 1pm
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to handle physical tasks including operating equipment and handling chemicals
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Must be able to supervise and delegate tasks effectively
- No prior extensive experience required, training provided
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in facility operations or janitorial services is an asset
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment proficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to facility maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments
- Provide guidance and supervision to team members
- Ensure all facility operations follow established policies and procedures
- Supervise the facility in the absence of the manager
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for buildings and facilities
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Support general janitorial duties as needed
