Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- college degree preferred
- minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or luxury hotel service
- proven leadership experience
- TABC certification
- fluency in written and spoken English required
- familiarity with hotel policies and operations
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in hotel PMS
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- flexibility to work various hours
- commitment to high personal hygiene and presentation
Job Qualifications

- superior oral and written communication skills
- excellent telephone etiquette
- tact and good judgment with experience in guest and management interaction
- proficient in hotel PMS systems like Alice and Knowcross
- efficient technical skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
Job Duties
- Lead butler team to respect Rosewood’s high standards of service
- support the Clienteling Manager and Assistant Director of Clienteling in ensuring operational coverage
- train new hires and ensure that standards are met through audits
- maintain updated issue lists for suite products
- audit team for revenue generation through upsell and promotions
- manage inventory and report shortages
- greet suite guests and escort them to rooms
- register and update Butler Pass On with guest details
- arrange and refresh amenities according to guest wishes
- ensure suites are perfect before, during and after stays
- offer full array of butler services to each guest
- upsell suites, flowers, massages, and dining reservations
- prepare arrival and departure gifts and report gifting ideas
- maintain Forbes 5 Star verbiage in communication
- support other departments when needed
- coordinate with departments to optimize guest service in rooms
- answer phone calls promptly
- maintain high standard of personal appearance
- be familiar with Front Office policies and procedures
- project positive attitude and self-control
- be a brand ambassador and uphold company culture
- comply with all Rosewood policies
- maintain confidentiality of guest and company information
- comply with health and safety rules
- report defects and accidents promptly
- be fully conversant with emergency procedures
- be flexible in work attitude and hours
- interact professionally with guests and management
