Job Requirements
- Current cannabis industry badge in Colorado or willingness to obtain one
- open availability to work shifts between 8am and 12am daily including weekends and holidays except Christmas
- high ethical standards
- strong ability to follow rules, regulations, and established SOPs
- experience in customer service
- experience in cash handling
- previous retail management experience is a significant advantage

- previous cannabis industry experience a huge plus
- ability to accurately count both paper money and coins
- ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
- ability to motivate staff with regards to staying on task, providing great customer service, and selling products
Job Duties
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide professional assistance
- oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring all team members take their breaks and lunches
- manage discounts and pricing issues in the point of sale (POS) system
- maintain a clean and organized store environment, preparing it for customers at the start of shift and ensuring tidiness throughout
- open the store as needed, ensuring cash drawers are prepared and balanced for the day
- close the store when required, including reconciling cash in the drawer, safe, and ATM
- address escalated customer service issues as they arise
- ensure compliance with all regulations set forth by the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED)
- track cash movement between drawers and the safe throughout the day, including cash payments for supplies
- count and record all tips at the end of each shift, ensuring the Front Desk Receptionist receives their share
