Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage presentation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
  • Provide attentive and professional service at the bar and in dining areas as needed
  • Lead, train, and mentor bartenders and servers on proper drink preparation, service standards, and community engagement
  • Monitor bar operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety guidelines
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies
  • Assist with menu development, seasonal cocktails, and special event beverage offerings
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service practices in accordance with state and local laws
  • Foster a friendly, community-focused environment by engaging with regular patrons and new guests
  • Collaborate with management to support community events and promotions
