Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience
  • prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage presentation
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
  • provide attentive and professional service at the bar and in dining areas as needed
  • lead, train, and mentor bartenders and servers on proper drink preparation, service standards, and community engagement
  • monitor bar operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety guidelines
  • maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions
  • manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies
  • assist with menu development, seasonal cocktails, and special event beverage offerings
  • uphold responsible alcohol service practices in accordance with state and local laws
  • foster a friendly, community-focused environment by engaging with regular patrons and new guests
  • collaborate with management to support community events and promotions
