Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience
- prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage presentation
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
- provide attentive and professional service at the bar and in dining areas as needed
- lead, train, and mentor bartenders and servers on proper drink preparation, service standards, and community engagement
- monitor bar operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety guidelines
- maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions
- manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies
- assist with menu development, seasonal cocktails, and special event beverage offerings
- uphold responsible alcohol service practices in accordance with state and local laws
- foster a friendly, community-focused environment by engaging with regular patrons and new guests
- collaborate with management to support community events and promotions
