Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- 3-7 years bartending experience
- Ability to lift and carry trays and glass racks
- Ability to bend, kneel and maneuver in narrow spaces
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to climb stairs
- Moderate comprehension and literacy
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to handle customer service problems tactfully
- Ability to read, speak and write English
- Accurate cash counting skills
- Ability to operate cash register
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS Certified
- 3-7 years bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop signature cocktails
- Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours
- Knowledge of cocktail history, techniques and service standards
Job Duties
- Set-up, mixing of drinks, service and clean-up of bar area
- Develop, document, and standardize recipes
- Train team members to ensure product quality and presentation consistency
- Make and serve drinks following company guidelines and safety controls
- Perform guest contact activities professionally maintaining guest satisfaction
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process payments according to company policies
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Maintain established pars
- Perform all sidework duties according to schedule
- Collaborate with restaurant leadership on drink recipes and product specifications
- Manage inventory to ensure bar is well-stocked
- Conduct monthly inventory of spirits, beer, wine, and mixers
- Develop and maintain event-specific specialty cocktails
- Educate staff on cocktail history, techniques, and service standards
- Act as closing restaurant supervisor in absence of manager on occasion
