Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale establishment
- familiarity with craft cocktail techniques and bar equipment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage and lead a team
- knowledge of alcohol service laws and safety regulations
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency
- provide customized beverage recommendations based on guest preferences and current offerings
- maintain an immaculate, organized, and visually appealing bar at all times
- lead by example, supporting and guiding bartenders during service to ensure seamless operations
- assist with training, coaching, and scheduling of bartending staff as needed
- ensure compliance with state and local alcohol service regulations and hotel policies
- oversee bar inventory, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste
