Job Requirements
- Minimum bartending experience required
- Leadership experience preferred

- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

- Proven bartending experience

- Working knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Maintain an immaculate, organized, and visually appealing bar at all times
- Lead by example, supporting and guiding bartenders during service to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling of bartending staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and local alcohol service regulations and hotel policies
- Oversee bar inventory, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cost control initiatives
- Uphold sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards for all bar equipment and work areas
- Collaborate with leadership on menu execution, inventory awareness, and service flow
- Assist other roles and departments as necessary
