- bartending or service experience preferred
- flexible availability for nights, weekends, and events
- ability to capture social media content during shifts
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- RBS certified or able to obtain
- bartending or service experience preferred
- strong product knowledge especially in craft beer preferred
- ability to capture and post social media content
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- experience operating POS systems
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- Capture simple content during shifts (photos, videos, stories)
- post or assist with 1-2 pieces of content per week
- highlight taproom energy, events, and new beers
- keep Yelp/Google info updated
- coordinate with events/marketing
- deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced environment
- follow all SOPs, policies, and procedures
