Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in luxury or upscale settings
  • Proven mixology and cocktail creation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and bar safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years bartending experience in luxury resorts, fine dining, or upscale bar environments
  • Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail innovation, and beverage program development
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor and train a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor the bartending team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Develop and launch seasonal cocktail menus inspired by Baleen’s beachfront setting
  • Provide attentive, personalized service to members, including bespoke cocktails and wine/spirit recommendations
  • Oversee bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and compliance with safety and liquor laws
  • Train new bartenders on mixology skills, service standards, POS systems, and resort policies
  • Uphold Noble House standards of hospitality, grooming, and professionalism at all times
  • Support resort events, wine dinners, and holiday activations with curated beverage programs
