Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks related to bartending

- Extensive experience in high-end or fine dining establishments
- proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate staff
- deep knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- exceptional customer service and communication abilities

Job Duties
- Lead bar operations during service and events

- support training and development of bartenders and bar staff
