Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- minimum of 2 year of bartending and cocktail serving experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
- ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift
- constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- ability to lift stock up to 50 lbs occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- minimum of 2 year of bartending and cocktail serving experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
- previous experience as a barista preferred
- no high school diploma or GED required
Job Duties
- Arrives prior to bartenders to start setting up the assigned location
- delegating opening and closing tasks to other bartenders at assigned locations
- receives drink orders from servers, mixes and serves alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for guests following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions
- serves wine and bottled or draft beer
- serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- enters drink orders into the cash register, collects payment from patrons for drinks served, and makes correct change
- completes sales and inventory reports accurately
- cleans and maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
- works directly with the bar supervisor to order more products for the assigned location
