Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 year of bartending and cocktail serving experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
- Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift
- Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 lbs occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 year of bartending and cocktail serving experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
- Previous experience as a barista preferred
- No high school diploma or GED required
Job Duties
- Arrives prior to bartenders to start setting up the assigned location
- Delegating opening and closing tasks to other bartenders at assigned locations
- Receives drink orders from servers, mixes and serves alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for guests following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions
- Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Enters drink orders into the cash register, collects payment from patrons for drinks served, and makes correct change
- Completes sales and inventory reports accurately
- Cleans and maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
- Works directly with the bar supervisor to order more products for the assigned location
