Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 year of bartending and cocktail serving experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift
  • Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 year of bartending and cocktail serving experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
  • Previous experience as a barista preferred
  • No high school diploma or GED required

Job Duties

  • Arrives prior to bartenders to start setting up the assigned location
  • Delegating opening and closing tasks to other bartenders at assigned locations
  • Receives drink orders from servers, mixes and serves alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for guests following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions
  • Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Enters drink orders into the cash register, collects payment from patrons for drinks served, and makes correct change
  • Completes sales and inventory reports accurately
  • Cleans and maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
  • Works directly with the bar supervisor to order more products for the assigned location
