Job Requirements
- passionate about food and beverage
- minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
- post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
- experience in beverage operations
- team player
- hard worker
- detail oriented
- flexible and willing to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to train team members on SOPs
- ability to communicate inventory needs and forecast demand
- ability to create detailed nightly reports
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of experience in beverage operations or bartending
- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to train and mentor team members
- creativity in mixology and cocktail development
- detail oriented and hardworking
- flexible to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- oversee bar operations and ensure excellent service
- train team members on standard operating procedures
- communicate inventory needs and forecast demand
- create detailed nightly reports on staff performance and incidents
- innovate and develop new seasonal cocktails
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
