Job Duties

  • This role is for a true professional — someone who understands craft cocktails at a high level, controls liquor cost with precision, manages inventory flawlessly, and leads the bar team with authority and trust
  • This position requires excellence, discipline, and complete reliability
  • Full leadership of daily bar operations
  • Craft and execution of high-end, consistent cocktails
  • Development and maintenance of cocktail standards
  • Complete responsibility for liquor inventory and ordering
  • Cost control, waste reduction, and yield management
  • Vendor communication and ordering accuracy
  • Training and supervision of bartenders and barbacks
  • Maintaining speed, cleanliness, and luxury presentation
  • Financial & Inventory Control
  • Strict inventory management and weekly counts
  • Liquor cost optimization and pour cost discipline
  • Ordering based on par levels and sales trends
  • Prevention of loss, over-pouring, and mis-ordering
  • Accountability for bar performance metrics
  • All applications and discussions will be handled with strict confidentiality
