Job Requirements

  • Fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
  • 3+ years in bartending
  • Deep respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
  • Knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktail service
  • Ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
  • Composure and humility under pressure
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move with flexibility in small spaces
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods during busy times
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years bartending experience
