Job Requirements
- Fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
- 3+ years in bartending
- Deep respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
- Knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktail service
- Ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
- Composure and humility under pressure
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move with flexibility in small spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during busy times
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
Job Qualifications
- Fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience
- Knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktail service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to read the room and engage guests appropriately
