Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
- experience in private event or banquet settings
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- must be available nights and weekends
- schedules based on events and operational needs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience including experience in private event or banquet settings
- strong knowledge of customer service and bar operations
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism
Job Duties
- Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations behind the bar
- order and manage bar inventory with guidance from the Food & Beverage Director
- train bartenders and bar staff on policies, procedures, and service standards established by leadership
- maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar workspace
- ensure bar supplies, garnishes, and products are properly stocked and organized for service
- lead and support the Front-of-House team during events such as weddings, private parties, and other functions
- provide hands-on bartending service during regular operations and private events
