Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
  • experience in private event or banquet settings
  • TIPS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • must be available nights and weekends
  • schedules based on events and operational needs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience including experience in private event or banquet settings
  • strong knowledge of customer service and bar operations
  • TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
  • ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Duties

  • Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations behind the bar
  • order and manage bar inventory with guidance from the Food & Beverage Director
  • train bartenders and bar staff on policies, procedures, and service standards established by leadership
  • maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar workspace
  • ensure bar supplies, garnishes, and products are properly stocked and organized for service
  • lead and support the Front-of-House team during events such as weddings, private parties, and other functions
  • provide hands-on bartending service during regular operations and private events
