Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
experience in private event or banquet settings
TIPS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism
must be at least 18 years of age
ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
must be available nights and weekends
schedules based on events and operational needs

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of bartending experience including experience in private event or banquet settings
strong knowledge of customer service and bar operations
TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Duties

Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations behind the bar
order and manage bar inventory with guidance from the Food & Beverage Director
train bartenders and bar staff on policies, procedures, and service standards established by leadership
maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar workspace
ensure bar supplies, garnishes, and products are properly stocked and organized for service
lead and support the Front-of-House team during events such as weddings, private parties, and other functions
provide hands-on bartending service during regular operations and private events
