Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of related experience preferably in high end establishments or hospitality management
  • If applicable, holds an appropriate license, certification or permit to bartend and/or serve food in the city and state where work is performed
  • Mixology certifications or training desirable

  • Mixology certifications or training desirable

Job Duties

  • Create classic and innovative cocktails, selecting appropriate glassware, garnishing drinks, and educating customers about the menu
  • Take orders and serve drinks directly or through waitstaff, assessing customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain the bar area ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and proper stock including ice, beverages, bar fruit, mixers, and glassware
  • Comply with food and beverage regulations and verify customer age for alcohol purchase
  • Train and supervise employees as directed by onsite management
  • Attend work and shows for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
