Job Duties
- Execute cocktails wine and beverage service during high-volume shifts
- set the pace and standard behind the bar during service
- maintain consistency in preparation presentation and speed
- support bartenders and barbacks during service
- assist with bar prep organization and weekly planning
- support ordering inventory and cost control
- help maintain bar recipes SOPs and training materials
