The Ned and Ned's Club represent an innovative global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants created for like-minded individuals to meet, work, and enjoy themselves in beautifully designed spaces. Job Requirements
- Previous bar supervisory or leadership experience

Job Duties
- Prepare house-made ingredients and batch cocktails for both standard and draft service
- Maintain liquor, batch, and produce levels
- lead ordering and inventory processes
- Oversee, coach and train bartenders and barbacks in day-to-day bar prep activities including daily juicing and garnish preparation
- Ensure the kitchen and prep spaces are tidy, active, and presentable
- Maintain drink quality and presentation to meet Ned standards
- Maintain a safe and clean environment protecting guests and teammates
- Assist and communicate with barbacks and bartenders to support extraordinary guest experiences
- Work collaboratively with bar and culinary teams to create new cocktails and guest experiences
