Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain a gaming license
- successful completion of a background check and drug-screening test
- willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to stand for prolonged periods
- compliance with local food handler permit and Oklahoma ABLE license requirements
- regular attendance
- adherence to casino policies and procedures
- capability to maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy
- competency in operating beverage dispensing and point of sale systems
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- understanding of safety and sanitation regulations
- capability to train new team members
- positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- maintain clean and functional bars
- assist with product placement and merchandising within the bars
- accept cash, credit cards, or complimentary vouchers for payment of restaurant and bar items
- perform routine and periodic inventories for ordering, stocking, and financial accounting
- work effectively with team members and regulatory agency personnel
- serve as the primary trainer for new beverage team members
- follow operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations, and departmental procedures
- notify appropriate team members when assistance is needed
- perform other related duties as assigned
- understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- maintain regular attendance
- adapt to varying schedules including days, evenings, graveyards, holidays, and weekends
