Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years bartending experience in a luxury or high-volume setting
  • Valid food and alcohol service certifications
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of cocktail and wine service standards
  • Ability to train and mentor staff effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of bartending experience, preferably in a luxury or high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in cocktail creation and execution
  • Strong training, communication, and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of wine service and wine fundamentals
  • Food and Alcohol Service Certifications required

Job Duties

  • Create and maintain signature cocktail menus for all bars across the property
  • Develop standardized recipes, build specifications, and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure consistency in cocktail execution across all outlets
  • Collaborate with leadership on seasonal updates and beverage innovation
  • Assist with the execution and maintenance of the property wide wine program
  • Support wine service standards, glassware usage, and presentation guidelines
  • Assist with staff training related to wine knowledge and service techniques
  • Train all new bartenders on cocktail standards, recipes, and service expectations
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve technique, speed, and consistency
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for bartenders across the property
  • Support onboarding and skill development for bar teams
  • Support daily bar operations as needed to ensure service excellence
  • Maintain proper setup, organization, and cleanliness of bar areas
  • Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service standards
  • Assist with inventory controls, pars, and product handling
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and health regulations
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Food and Beverage leadership
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
