- 2-3 years of prior bartending experience
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Duties
- Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Maintain relationships with members of the craft beverage community such as distributors and brewers
- Negotiate prices with distributors
- Train bartenders
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve beverages
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make beverage recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan, price and present bar menu
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and provide excellent experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of classic cocktails
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area and guest areas
- Complete opening and closing duties including prep and checklist tasks
- Adhere to cash handling policies and perform accurate credit card charges and billing
- Manage pour-cost control, participate in inventory, and determine par levels
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
