Job Description

Three Birds is a new, modern neighborhood New American restaurant nestled in the Dayton area, proudly representing the third culinary concept from The Idea Collective and Executive Chef Jorge Guzman, known for their acclaimed establishments Sueño and Tender Mercy/Dōzo. Established with a vision to offer a lively, approachable, and inviting dining experience, Three Birds is set to open its doors in May and is preparing to start staff training in April. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality role preferred
  • Availability to attend training sessions starting in April
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails with creativity and precision
