Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of two years bartending experience in hospitality or fast paced environment preferred
  • advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and/or Micros station
  • ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • compliance with state liquor laws
  • ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • availability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
  • uphold health and safety standards for beverage handling and equipment use
  • provide friendly and attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • welcome all guests upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
  • assist the food and beverage manager with weekly and monthly inventory and ordering
  • make and serve drinks following established guidelines and company policies
  • perform all guest contact activities cordially and professionally
  • ring guest checks and process payments accurately
  • complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • know and comply with state liquor laws
  • ensure established pars are maintained
  • perform all side work duties according to schedules
