Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- minimum of two years bartending experience in hospitality or fast paced environment preferred
- advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and/or Micros station
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- compliance with state liquor laws
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- uphold health and safety standards for beverage handling and equipment use
- provide friendly and attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- welcome all guests upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
- assist the food and beverage manager with weekly and monthly inventory and ordering
- make and serve drinks following established guidelines and company policies
- perform all guest contact activities cordially and professionally
- ring guest checks and process payments accurately
- complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- know and comply with state liquor laws
- ensure established pars are maintained
- perform all side work duties according to schedules
