Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to reach, bend, and scoop frequently

- Proven experience as a lead bartender
- Certification in responsible alcohol service

Job Duties
- Open and close the bar according to established procedures
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with alcohol beverage control regulations and company policies
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist in training new bartenders and bar staff on drink recipes, service standards, and bar operations
