Three Birds is an exciting and contemporary neighborhood restaurant specializing in New American cuisine, located in the Dayton area. This restaurant is an addition to The Idea Collective family, marking their third concept in the region. Executive Chef Jorge Guzman, known for his innovative approach and culinary expertise demonstrated through acclaimed establishments such as Sueño and Tender Mercy / Dōzo, leads this project. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year bartending experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • must be of legal drinking age
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • prior bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
  • strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and bar equipment
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • passion for hospitality and guest service
  • willingness to learn and adapt to ongoing training sessions

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked bar environment
  • engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
  • demonstrate thorough knowledge of the food menu, cocktail offerings, and wine list
  • participate in routine training sessions and testing to improve service and menu knowledge
