Job Requirements
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch

- Previous cash handling experience
- State required alcohol seller server certification
- State required Food Handler's certification

Job Duties
- Oversee bar operations
- Train new hires on drink preparation, company policies, service standards, FOH operations
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Cocktail development
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Manage cash accurately and responsibly
- Take orders, serve guests, bus dishes, clean tables and facility
- Resolve customer complaints, handle disputes, and address operational challenges effectively
- Assess member/guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check member/guest identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- Attend to tables in the dining area
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Restock bar with liquor and supplies
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Wash soiled glassware
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
