Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to perform essential physical functions including standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and using hands and wrists for extended periods
  • able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
  • able to tolerate high temperatures, cold conditions, and noisy, fast-paced environments
  • must communicate effectively in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-end cocktail environment
  • leadership experience including staff training
  • strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and modern trends
  • ability to create custom cocktails
  • familiarity with premium wines, spirits, and garnishes
  • excellent guest interaction and communication skills
  • high level of grooming, poise, and professionalism
  • commitment to excellence and continuous learning
  • proficiency with POS and digital ordering tools
  • experience in private dining or events preferred
  • WSET or CSS certification a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and inspire a professional bar team
  • set clear service standards and foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and learning
  • maintain and evolve the cocktail and spirits program with the management team
  • create memorable bar experiences through attentive and engaging hospitality
  • oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost tracking
  • train staff on cocktail preparation, spirits knowledge, and responsible service
  • ensure bar cleanliness, setup, and maintenance meet high standards
  • coordinate beverage experiences for events and private dining
  • enforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
