Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a similar setting
  • strong knowledge of mixology and wine service
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
  • certification in responsible alcohol service preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-end or private club setting
  • proven experience in cocktail creation and wine program development
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Design and implement seasonal and signature cocktail menus tailored to member preferences
  • collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings for special events and dining experiences
  • develop and maintain an engaging and diverse wine list
  • conduct tastings and training sessions for staff to enhance wine knowledge and service
  • oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of all bar-related inventory
  • train and mentor bartenders and barbacks on service standards, mixology, and club policies
  • act as the point of contact for bar and lounge operations during service
  • lead bar setup and service for private events, weddings, and club functions
