Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a similar setting
- strong knowledge of mixology and wine service
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage inventory and control costs
- flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
- certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-end or private club setting
- proven experience in cocktail creation and wine program development
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Design and implement seasonal and signature cocktail menus tailored to member preferences
- collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings for special events and dining experiences
- develop and maintain an engaging and diverse wine list
- conduct tastings and training sessions for staff to enhance wine knowledge and service
- oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of all bar-related inventory
- train and mentor bartenders and barbacks on service standards, mixology, and club policies
- act as the point of contact for bar and lounge operations during service
- lead bar setup and service for private events, weddings, and club functions
