Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years bartending experience
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage presentation
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
- Provide attentive and professional service at the bar and in dining areas as needed
- Lead, train, and mentor bartenders and servers on proper drink preparation, service standards, and community engagement
- Monitor bar operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies
- Assist with menu development, seasonal cocktails, and special event beverage offerings
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices in accordance with state and local laws
- Foster a friendly, community-focused environment by engaging with regular patrons and new guests
- Collaborate with management to support community events and promotions
