Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous barista or hospitality experience preferred
  • cash handling experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • adherence to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
  • strong knowledge of coffee products, equipment, and brewing techniques
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • leadership experience or ability to motivate and guide others

  • basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • provide excellent customer service
