Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, and walk extensively
  • Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Coach baristas in drink making and food preparation
  • Ensure compelling product presentations and cleanliness
  • Guide visual merchandising efforts
  • Speed up service at registers and improve accuracy
  • Support baristas in receiving and stocking deliveries
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Coach on loss prevention and safety protocols
  • Manage inventory and waste logs
  • Promote sales objectives and cafe promotions
  • Use training tools to develop team skills
  • Uphold company policies and procedures
