Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Physical ability to bend, lift, and walk extensively
- Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience in a barista or customer service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
- Fill scheduling gaps as needed
- Lead by example with positivity and energy
- Support and consider colleagues
- Provide cheerful customer service
- Coach baristas in drink making and food preparation
- Ensure compelling product presentations and cleanliness
- Guide visual merchandising efforts
- Speed up service at registers and improve accuracy
- Support baristas in receiving and stocking deliveries
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Coach on loss prevention and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and waste logs
- Promote sales objectives and cafe promotions
- Use training tools to develop team skills
- Uphold company policies and procedures
