Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior hospitality/server experience preferred but not required
- Must obtain TABC and Food Handlers Certification prior to beginning work
- Ability to work at least one shift on all major holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

- Prior hospitality/server experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Welcoming and interacting with all guests
- Greeting guests, taking their order, entering order into POS system and verifying order by repeating back to guest
- Suggesting additional items as appropriate
- Receiving and processing payments correctly via room charge or credit/debit
- Maintaining knowledge of all current drink recipes and specials
- Maintaining work area by restocking and cleaning
- Replenishing food and other serving items as necessary
- Abiding by service speed requirements without compromising beverage quality or customer service, including third-party orders
- Preparing and serving coffee and food items using retail equipment such as espresso machines and microwaves
- Maintaining clean and organized work and customer areas following health and safety guidelines
- Promoting new coffee offerings and seasonal specials to enhance brand awareness and sales
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks assigned by the leadership team
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed, including product displays
- Following Hotel Food and Beverage policies and procedures diligently
