Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior hospitality or server experience preferred but not required
- must obtain TABC and food handlers certification prior to beginning work
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays
- ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to operate POS systems and retail equipment
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Welcome and interact with all guests
- greet guests, take orders, enter orders into the POS system and verify orders
- suggest additional items as appropriate
- process payments correctly via room charge or credit/debit
- maintain knowledge of all current drink recipes and specials
- maintain work area by restocking and cleaning
- replenish food and serving items as necessary
- meet service speed requirements without compromising beverage quality or customer service, including third-party orders
- prepare and serve coffee and coffee-less beverages and food items using retail equipment
- maintain clean and organized work and customer areas following health and safety guidelines
- promote new coffee offerings and seasonal specials to enhance brand awareness and sales
- manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks assigned by the leadership team
- assist in inventory management and restock supplies including product displays
- adhere to hotel food and beverage policies and procedures diligently
