Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar cafe role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to maintain company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Guide the cafe team to maintain compelling product presentations
- Oversee efficient running of the cafe
- Support and coach baristas in drink making and food preparation
- Maintain and adjust bakery case and retail displays
- Coach baristas for speed and accuracy at registers
- Manage receiving, stocking, and FIFO inventory processes
- Ensure cafe cleanliness and compliance with safety guidelines
